It should be a strategic advantage creating a seamless, automated workflow between your trading partners and accounting system leading to:
Integrating EDI with Sage 500 (Formerly MAS 500) ERP
1 EDI Source can integrate with back-office systems through a number of transfer methods including web services, XML, direct ODBC connections, and CSV or other flat files formats. While we have experience integrating using all of these methods, we follow each ERP’s integration recommendation and keep current with their best practice guidelines.
Sage supports third party integration into Sage 500 (Formerly MAS 500) through a file based data exchange called Data Import Manager. The Data Import Manager provides data validation processes to ensure imported data adheres to Sage 500 business rules and supports a number of different file source data types including XML, CSV, and fixed length files. 1 EDI Source leverages the Data Import Manager to create a tight integration between our EDI solution and Sage 500 (MAS 500) enabling transactions from your trading partners to be automatically translated and processed.
