EDI Course Testimonials

As a first-time user with no prior experience using software for EDI or any type of transaction mapping, I found myself in a position that required me to learn EDI. 1 EDI Source and their software EDI HQ provided me with a simple way of learning EDI. The interfaces within the software make EDI very easy to read and understand. Once I completed the training that is provided by the knowledgeable staff on-location at 1 EDI Source, the mapper made much more sense. It’s a very simplistic process to create a map and one that allowed me to gain confidence and efficiency very quickly. The staff at 1 EDI Source has always been very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in finding solutions in places that I would have never thought to look. I would definitely recommend this software solution and training to anyone who is a first time EDI user or a seasoned veteran to the realm of EDI.

– Matt Couchot, EDI Analyst/Programmer, Precision Strip, Inc.

1 EDI Source goes all out to ensure the entire training experience is exceptional. The trainer took time to get to know each of us and what type of EDI work we complete. In addition to the group classroom training, the company contacts also worked individually with each trainee on any questions or issues that came up. We were fed extremely well all day with a large variety of meals and invited to a company celebration/announcement with employees. We were even taken out to dinner by our account executive. 1 EDI Source also set up great deals with a few local hotels that offer outstanding accommodations and amenities. Ensuring that all customers are taken care of around the clock while attending training put 1 EDI Source at the head of the class in my opinion.
