SAP ECCnet Compliance and GDR Information from Loblaw

Dear Supplier,

This is to notify you that as of Wednesday, November 16 the following changes will take effect when doing business with Loblaw.

Compliance to Loblaw Data Standards using the ECCnet Registry

As a reminder, we require all applicable suppliers to comply with the business requirements outlined in the attached letter. Please read the letter.

GS1 Canada’s online Global Trade Identification Number (GTIN) Discrepancy

Effective November 16, we will begin leveraging the online GDR System to track and resolve errors that have been identified in your catalogue within the ECCnet Registry. Please read the attached letter for more information.

SAP Implementation

As we continue to implement SAP, there will be a “freeze” period in effect from 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 11 to 11:00 a.m. EST Wednesday, November 16, 2011 during which time we are not processing requests to make changes or create new items and listings.

And, effective November 16, there will be changes to the following forms:

Listing Package

Additional SAP fields added
Use the most recent version available on the SPS Commerce portal

Vendor Cost Sheet

Added DSD O&A
Use the most recent version available on the SPS Commerce portal

Vendor Setup Form

Additional SAP fields added
Use the most recent version available on the SPS Commerce portal

There is a section on the SPS Commerce portal dedicated to SAP. To access the portal and the most recent version of each form, log on to: www.spscommerce.net
