With the new packing slip, customers who need to return an item are provided with a url link to easily access return information online and the ability to print out a customer return shipping label to send their order back to the Saks Off 5th DC.
Customers still have the option to return merchandise at a Saks Off 5th store, using the packing slip to process the return, which is why it’s so important that the packing slips are included in every drop ship order.
