EDI HQ: How To!
Dashboard – Alerts Widget – Settings – Syncing for You Needs

Because each user can configure the dashboard to suit their needs, it makes sense to also configure the Alerts Widget to match what they need to see. If you’re on an EDI HQ system and you’re the primary EDI consultant, you may not want to remove any of the alerts from showing on your dashboard. However, if others are handling day-to-day and your role is more limited, you may want to reduce the number of alerts and focus only on the ones that pertain to your individual responsibilities. By reducing the alerts that you don’t need to be concerned with, you ensure you don’t miss the ones that are important for you.

To configure your Alerts Widget, first click the “Configure” button on the dashboard.
After clicking, you’ll see the dashboard configuration settings. On the System Alerts widget click the “gears” button to open the “Widget Configuration” screen.
Once the Widget Configuration screen opens, you can turn off/turn on any alerts to customize your widget to what you need. If you want to change the title or the number of alerts to include in the widget at any given time, you can do that as well.
Once you click ok and then saved the dashboard, you’ll be set to focus on the alerts that you need to see.
