Sears Holdings is still experiencing problems with our EDI processing.

We have been unable to process EDI transactions to or from our trading partners since 1 AM CST 6/25/08. We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on fixing the problem. We expect that our system will be down for the rest of the business day.

We have been capturing all data you have sent during this downtime & will process everything in queue once this issue has been resolved. Please do not attempt to resend any of your EDI data.

Another update will be sent as soon as the problem has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage has caused.
