To facilitate our upcoming store number expansion we have this attached test file for you to verify the new format. We are e-mailing files to prevent any possibility of loading to your production system.

Note- Please refer to the corresponding attached file being used in your system.

Eg1- If you are receiving 850 with SDQ segment, kindly refer to the file “850 multi location SDQ format”.

Eg2- If you are receiving non SDQ 4010 format, kindly refer to “850 single location non-SDQ-4010”.

Eg3- If you are receiving non SDQ 4030 format, kindly refer to “850 single location non-SDQ-4030”.

Eg4- If you are receiving 860 file, kindly refer to “860 PO change”.

Eg5- If you are receiving 860 as 850 replacement, kindly refer to “850 Replacement change”.

Please verify if you can process the corresponding files at your end and get back to us ([email protected]) only if it is failing in your system.

850 single location non-SDQ- 4010 and 4030 version

For all the vendors not using SDQ segment-

To create this file we have processed production data in the 5-digit format. Ware house will always remain as 4 digits with qualifier 9 (DUNS + 4 digit ware house number) and store number will always remain as 5 digits (00001 to 99999) with qualifier 92. In the attached file we have used dummy 5-digit store number and it is not a valid store number.

850 multi location SDQ format

To create this file we have processed production data in the 5-digit format. Ware house will always remain as 4 digits and store number will always remain as 5 digits (00001 to 99999) with qualifier 92 for both ware house and store number. In the attached file we have used dummy 5-digit store number and it is not a valid store number.

860 PO change

To create this file we have processed production data in the 5-digit format. Ware house will always remain as 4 digits and store number will always remain as 5 digits (00001 to 99999) with qualifier 92 for both ware house and store number. In the attached file we have used dummy 5-digit store number and it is not a valid store number.

850 Replacement change

To create this file we have processed production data in the 5-digit format. Ware house will always remain as 4 digits and store number will always remain as 5 digits (00001 to 99999) with qualifier 92 for both ware house and store number. In the attached file we have used dummy 5-digit store number and it is not a valid store number.
