The AS2 specification defines a very limited number of mandatory headers that are sent back and forth in messages and receipts. These headers define information such as the AS2 Sender/Receiver IDs, encryption type, signature types, etc. All AS2 products including AS2 Complete HAVE to implement these to be compliant.
However, some companies require that messages and receipts include other headers such as those used for authentication or extra routing within an organization. This module allows users to define those headers on a trading partner by trading partner basis.
