Hello,
A friendly reminder that ProBuild is updating our EDI Yard Reference List located on the ProBuild website under Support and Downloads, Supplier Support. All location changes in the EDI Yard Reference List are highlighted in yellow for easy reference and below is a summary of the changes.
This notice is to add Kansas and Missouri to the list of ProBuild EDI enabled locations effective January 16, 2012. 810 invoices received prior to the effective date of January 16 for these locations will be rejected so please make sure invoices for these locations are not sent via EDI until the effective date. Make sure your system can handle receiving 850 PO’s for these locations and that you are able to transact 810 invoices for these locations. Please update the ProEdge Org Code in your systems and use only valid ProEdge Org Codes when submitting invoices via EDI.

The Quick Reference Summary is intended as an overview of the areas where changes have been made. It is still your responsibility to thoroughly review the contents of the Partner Guide. Use the attached zip file to print your own copy of the Partner Guide.

Dear EDI Trading Partner,
For several years Vistar/Roma Mid-Atlantic has been a combination of our two separate business entities, and our records indicate your company is an EDI trading partner with either one or both of these entities. ROMA is a foodservice distributor and VISTAR distributes to Vend, OCS, Theatres, Retail, etc. On January 19, 2012 we will be separating these and move Vistar Mid-Atlantic to a new location while keeping their original +4 Digit DUNS number of 1030. Roma will remain in the same location with a new DUNS number of 1034 and a new name, Performance Foodservice Roma – Philadelphia (Roma Philly, for short).
