With EDI/PX all you will have to do is sign on to the website, and you will have everything you need at your fingertips. Your Purchase Orders (850) will be displayed on the webpage for you to print or view. It can display various information such as: PO Number, PO Date, Ship to name and address, Date to be shipped. It will also contain detail information about the parts being ordered: Part Number, Quantity, Price, UOM, and Description of the goods.
When you are ready to ship your goods, you can create the ASN with ease. With the “click of a button”, you will be packing your items and creating the Advanced Ship Notice (856). EDI/PX will generate label numbers for you while packing the items. EDI/PX will then display the ASN that you will be sending the Trading
Most Trading Partners also require Carton Labels. This is not a problem with EDI/PX. The Labels will be created using the information from the Advanced Ship Notice. With the ”click of a button” you can email yourself labels from the ASN’s you just created. If you don’t have a printer, we can even print the labels for you and mail them to you.
You can also create the Invoice (810) with ease. EDI/PX will pull the information from the ASN and use it to create the Invoice. With the “click of a button” your invoice will be displayed on the screen. You can enter in an Invoice number and send it off to your Trading Partner.
