Bed Bath & Beyond and Harmon Stores are requiring all of our trading partners to become AS2 compliant. If you are AS2 capable, please set up a testing date. If you are not AS2 capable, please contact your EDI software or service provider to become AS

Bed Bath & Beyond and Harmon Stores are requiring all of our trading partners to become AS2 compliant. If you are AS2 capable, please set up a testing date. If you are not AS2 capable, please contact your EDI software or service provider to become AS2 capable. Since you are a service provider, please provide a list of trading partners for both companies that use your service.

Below is a recent notice sent to all Harmon trading partners concerning new document implementations and what is required.

Harmon will be implementing the 816, 860, 856 and UCC128 carton label. Mapping requirements are the same as BB&B.

Transactions currently supported by Harmon include the 810, 850, 864 & 997. Harmon will begin sending the 816 & 860 on October 3, 2006. Trading partners should contact Tony Matos to set up a testing schedule for the 856 and to get approval for your UCC128 carton label. Tony can also send you test documents for the 816 & 860. The 856 will be moved into production upon approval.

Receiving
856 - Advance Shipment Notice

Any trading partners not currently sending invoices via EDI should begin doing so immediately.
