When your customers require Advance Shipment Notification, ASN Complete has the flexibility you need.
Retailers often require that bar-coded UCC-128 shipping container labels are affixed to incoming shipments. Prepared in association with a valid ASN transmission (Advance Ship Notice, or 856), UCC-128 labels connect the physical units of the shipment to the electronic information.
When your shipment is received, your trading partner scans the label and electronically matches it to the information received from your ASN transmission. The labels must match specific formatting requirements, be legible, be scannable and must contain accurate information. Labels which do not meet these specifications may be assessed a chargeback, or expense offset fee.
Fast and user friendly, ASN Complete lets you import your shipping data, generate serialized tracking labels, and complete your shipment cycle as efficiently as possible. Integration with EDI Complete Server allows the generation of standard ANSI Advance Shipment Notification documents for transmission to your trading partner.
Able to support unlimited trading partners, ASN Complete is perfect for companies with extensive ASN needs. Compatible with many thermal transfer printers, code sets and languages, ASN Complete is able to work with what you have.
