EDI Software Shortcuts
EDI Status WindowThe EDI Status Window is a great place to quickly check your system for issues.
From EDI Complete, click View, EDI Status Window or simply press CTRL-S.
We recommend you check this window regularly for Un-Acknowledged, Errored or Rejected Transaction Sets. While checking, you will also notice if you have received data from any new trading partners.
Compression
EDI Complete comes standard with a 2 GB capacity for any file in the UserData folder.
1 EDI Source has additional options for those companies that find that there is a need to store more transactions than the EDI Complete system can accommodate. The easiest solution is to activate "compression" which is built into EDI Complete. We also offer an SQL Server version of EDI Complete that your EDI Support Technician could help you implement.
